Top award for refreshing book
Vital Skincare, written by Field Fresh Skincare founder, Laura Pardoe, was honoured with the highest accolade of a Platinum Award in the Janey Loves awards this week.
The awards were announced in London on Wednesday 11th September at the Hello Love event – a week of showcasing the best non-toxic healthcare brands and sustainable and organic cosmetics, make up and skincare. Hosted by Janey Lee Grace, the event is supported by media partners True Health Magazine, Natural Lifetstyle Magazine, My Green Pod (distributed by the Guardian) and UK Health Radio.
Janey was supported in the judging by actress Glynis Barber, organic living guru Jo Wood, TV and Radio star Zoe Ball, TV presenter and ‘voice coach to the stars’ Carrie Grant and Instagram Influencer Clare Every (The Little London Vegan).
Star class
A huge number of entries to this year’s awards made judging a hard task, with the book categories no exception. All winners are listed here where you can also see photos of the event. Alongside Vital Skincare, winners in the Health and Wellbeing books category included Heather Godfrey’s ‘Essential Oils for Mindfulness and Meditation’, Maggy Pigott’s ‘How to Age Joyfully’, ‘The Nudge’ by Sonya Driver and Yang Sheng – The Art of Chinese Self-Healing by Katie Brindle.
Vital Skincare has been recognised as inspirational guide to blend it yourself, packed with plant lore, skincare tips and recipes, it encourages everyone to love and look after their skin in a simple and natural way.
